What Does It Mean?
While trying to find a picture for my previous post (4 a.m.), I typed the word ‘watch’ into flickr. I was trying to find a picture of a wristwatch because I’d tried time and clock, and nothing seemed to suffice. After typing in ‘watch’, I stumbled across the strangest photo I think I’ve ever seen. I thought I’d share it:

The caption for this photo is ‘Silence is Gold‘. What exactly does that mean? I’m a dancer which means my mind runs a thousand different ways with creativity. I understand the silence part, but gold? That just makes me think of ‘The Outsiders‘. I personally see the photo as someone wanting to make sure they don’t say the wrong thing. Does anyone else have any thoughts on this photo? I find it to look so flawless and beautiful. I don’t understand it but I can’t look away. Let me know what you guys think!
